PRE-COMPETITION 2

By completing Pre-competition Level 2, I can;


  • Perform a tumble turn then push and glide off from the wall into streamlined position

  • Swim 25 metres with a kick board performing breast stroke leg action

  • Swim 25 metres on the back with a kick board performing butterfly leg action

  • Swim 25 metres full stroke front crawl, while breathing rhythmically after every 3 arms pulls

  • Swim 25 metres in a streamlined position performing front crawl leg action, with no floats

  • Swim 25 metres in a streamlined position performing back stroke leg action, with no floats

  • Perform a grab start (for back stroke), push and glide from the wall going underneath the water, then perform butterfly leg action for 5 metres.
